Hello. I’m Joanna. I've spent 15+ years in engineering, most of it doing product work. The same thing shows up everywhere: sitting with stakeholders until I understood why a process took three weeks, then changing the entire approach rather than simply automating the pain.
I’m now focused exclusively on product and I'm bringing my engineering expertise with me. I have the drive and curiosity to uncover the what and the technical skills it takes to navigate the how.
